The Stuffed Dormouse restaurant was launched back in December 2012 and in April 2015 Simone decided to take over the management of the hotel as well, creating The Stuffed Dormouse Hotel.
Previously the entire building was going to be converted into flats, but Simone felt that it was too much a part of the community and therefore launched The Stuffed Dormouse.
Here at The Stuffed Dormouse Hotel, we aim to provide our customers with short stay accommodation that’s welcoming and relaxing without costing a fortune.
We have double, family, twin and single rooms available. Each room has been refurbished this year to a high standard, ensuring that they are warm and comfortable. They have TV’s tea and coffee making facilities, WIFI, en suites and more.
Our room prices include an all you can eat breakfast and you also have the option to dine with us in the evening where you can enjoy our 2 courses for £10 menu.
We are just 4.2 miles from Cwmbran Shopping Centre, 4.7 miles from Newport and less than an hour away from Cardiff City Centre meaning you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.
